To create the background, I mixed some blue ink with water on a piece of plastic and “smooshed” it on the top of the page. After it dried, I created a sunny area below that using a blending brush and yellow and pink inks. Then, I added the birds in using the Take Flight stencil in grey ink and a sponge.
Next, I added the “earth” below the sky using the Vintage Sheet Music stamp in green and brown inks, blending it a bit with a brush. I added some grass using a stamp from the Nature Silhouettes set, also in green ink. Then, I aded my title using a combination of the Typewriter Alpha, He Is, and He Proved His Love sets.
