As we go where we are sent, there will be challenges to overcome.
There will be fear and discouragement, disappointments and setbacks. There will be war.
I confess that I haven’t always had the best attitude in facing these challenges. I’ve been more victim than soldier. I’ve grumbled and considered the easier path. I’ve missed the opportunity to live by faith countless times over.
But He is faithful to His name, His word, and His plan! Therefore, there is ultimately victory.
How we go matters – persevering in all things, standing resolute in purpose, and reliant on the power He provides – that He be glorified.
But he said to me, “My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness.” Therefore I will boast all the more gladly of my weaknesses, so that the power of Christ may rest upon me.
2 Corinthians 12:9

Therefore, my beloved brothers, be steadfast, immovable, always abounding in the work of the Lord, knowing that in the Lord your labor is not in vain.
1 Corinthians 15:58

- Glory & Praise stamp set
- Sketched Roses stamp set
- Rectangles & More Stencil
- Typewriter Alpha stamp set
These pages are fun to create in because they are already decorative and invite creative play. I outlined the leaves that were on the page and that inspired the usage of the Sketched Roses set. I stamped some leaves on the page in black ink and left as is. Then, I stamped some of the roses onto mixed media paper and coloured using markers blended in with a bit of water.
I then added some detail to the background using the Rectangles & More stencil. And, I stamped the title using the Glory & Praise set and the Typewriter Alpha. Lastly, I highlighted the text and added some notes before finishing with some black and white washi tape.

🎶 Helpless Without You ~ Andrew Ripp
He not only prepares the way but goes with us. Our journey of obedience should clearly demonstrate our weaknesses and reveal how He comes through in supplying strength and power. To Him be the glory.
