I used the Jumbled Diamonds stencil to create the background using yellow ink and a blending brush. The effect is supposed to look like fractured light. I used the same blending brush with a bit of orange ink to create a subtle look of a sun. Then, I added some yellow paint splatters to enhance the background a bit. I used the Print Script Lowercase and Caps Alphas for the title in black ink. The word “praise” is from the Glory & Praise set which is from May’s release. The page looked a bit lacklustre still so I added some colour using washi tape. Lastly, I added some highlighting with a marker, my notes, and a prayer.

This page is a reminder to praise His faithfulness in every situation. Though it may seem dark right now, the sun will surely rise. He will bring light to every dark corner.
Our God will bring light through us in the places He set us. And, He will illuminate every dark situation we may find ourselves in so that we may walk in truth.
