Faith

to be a servant witness

Run the race – welcome all who come, proclaim His kingdom, and teach them about Him with all boldness and without hindrance.

Wrapping up the month and leaving the book of Acts feeling so inspired by the life of Paul and his ministry, and in awe at the work of the Holy Spirit.

May we also move as led. May we welcome all who come, proclaiming His kingdom and teach them about Him. May we do so with all boldness and without hindrance. By His Spirit. For His glory.

He lived there two whole years at his own expense, and welcomed all who came to him, proclaiming the kingdom of God and teaching about the Lord Jesus Christ with all boldness and without hindrance.

I’m using the devotional kits by Illustrated Faith for June and July 2025 based on the book of Acts. The study is written by Taylor Rauschkolb who is @bravelittletaylor on Instagram. It looks at the lives of the early church to see what life surrendered to and empowered by the Holy Spirit looks like.

The kits are sold out but the digital version as well as related items can be found on the Illustrated Faith website here. Check out the #IF_CampActs hashtag and @illustratedfaith feed on Instagram for more details.

For details on the disc-bound journal pictured, I go over my approach to this study of Acts in this post: The promised Gift.

🎶 Spirit Breathe ~ Sarah Kroger

Spirit breathe
Come fill the depths of me
Breathe new life
Into this heart of mine
Spirit breathe, Spirit breathe

I stand in your mercy, I walk in your light
Live in your freedom for all of my life
I sing hallelujah, praised be the name
God, you are here and forever I’m changed
