I’m reading a YouVersion plan on stewardship that says – of all that we are entrusted with to steward, the gospel is top priority because of its eternal significance and the power to save.
Therefore do not be anxious, saying, ‘What shall we eat?’ or ‘What shall we drink?’ or ‘What shall we wear?’ For the Gentiles seek after all these things, and your heavenly Father knows that you need them all. But seek first the kingdom of God and his righteousness, and all these things will be added to you.
Matthew 6:31-33
The truth of salvation in Christ was a mystery. It was hidden until the appointed time of revelation. Now that it is revealed, it is entrusted to us to spread to all who may receive it.

This page is the monthly overview for the month of January in my faith planner. I’m using these pages to reflect on the different gifts we’re given to steward as that is my focus for the year.
I used a few printables, stamps, and washi tape from Illustrated Faith. The jumping off point for my journaling is the prompt based on Matthew 6:33 which is from a printable by @kristina.proffitt for Illustrated Faith’s digital Print Pray Shop. It’s called Words to walk in and includes a set of twelve prompt cards; one per month.
January’s prompt is to seek the kingdom first and trust Him with everything else. This paired perfectly with stewarding the gospel.

🎶 Our Testimony ~ Bridge Worship
One way we can share the gospel is with how we live it – our testimony.
He’s done so much in my life but most prominent in my mind today is how He’s taken me from mourning to singing. Complaining to praying. Negative and bitter, to thankful. Idealistic to gracious. What a God!
What has He done for you?
Oh give thanks to the Lord; call upon his name; make known his deeds among the peoples! Sing to him, sing praises to him; tell of all his wondrous works!
Psalm 105:1-2
