I wasn’t intending to share this today. But, it’s been a whirlwind of a morning with several people to encourage and unite with in prayer. I have my own unexpected troubles this week after the winter storm we had over the weekend.
And so, I’m thankful for the reminders in the Invited devotional that peace is not found in the absence of problems but in the presence of our good God. It is found in His nearness, all-sufficiency, great love, and sovereignty.
If you’re similarly facing trouble, of any kind, I encourage you to please see the opportunity to watch the Promise Keeper in action.
Lean on Him and His promises, for He is true to His word.
For whatever was written in former days was written for our instruction, that through endurance and through the encouragement of the Scriptures we might have hope. May the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace in believing, so that by the power of the Holy Spirit you may abound in hope.
Romans 15:4, 13

Blessed is the man who remains steadfast under trial, for when he has stood the test he will receive the crown of life, which God has promised to those who love him.
James 1:12

🎶 Gonna Be Enough ~ Katy Nichole
We have everything we could possibly need in Jesus Christ. If all we had was to being found in Him, then we have all we need. He is enough. Yet, our God has given us so much more! And, He promised to do even more, abundantly more, than we could ask or imagine.
So, imagine, ask, and see. We do not hope in vain.
