Proven strength and courage

Be strong and courageous – it’s a call to obedience in every circumstance.

God strengthens us with the humility that is required to submit to His will, and to do so with joy and out of love. He makes us courageous by growing us in the awareness of His nearness and promised help.

This is not a theory, friends – Jesus proved it when He went to the cross to fulfill the Father’s plan. He did so while focused on the joy that was before Him. As a result, we can do the same.

fear not, for I am with you; be not dismayed, for I am your God; I will strengthen you, I will help you, I will uphold you with my righteous right hand.

‭‭Isaiah‬ ‭41‬:‭10‬

And I will ask the Father, and he will give you another Helper, to be with you forever, even the Spirit of truth

John‬ ‭14‬:‭16‬-‭17‬

Process and products used:

These pages in the 100 Days of Bible Promises by Shanna Noel features the following products by Creative Worship Stamps. These are affiliate links, please see the Privacy Policy for details.

The pages in this devotional book are already very creative and decorative to begin with. So, I took inspiration from what was already on the page in terms of colour, as well as the diamond shapes and crosses. I echoed the colours using the Diamond Mesh stencil in green, yellow, and brown inks. And I stamped some crosses using the He Proved His Love stamp set. I added more detail to the pages using the Take Flight stamps in brown ink. I highlighted the key verse using the Funky Textures 3 stamp in beige ink. Then, I added my notes and highlighted parts of the verses using a yellow marker. And I stamped the title using He Proved His Love in black ink.
