The Alpha and The Omega

Says who?

Your priorities and activities,
Your health and appearance,
Your family, home, and children’s upbringing,
Your work, plans for the future
Where and how you live..

Who gets to say what any of that should be?

“I am the Alpha and the Omega,” says the Lord God, “who is, and who was, and who is to come, the Almighty.”

Revelation 1:8

He is the Alpha and the Omega, the First and the Last, the Beginning and the End, and EVERYTHING in between. Our all-sufficient LORD.

May He be first in everything we believe in, strive for, and trust in.

Thus says the Lord, the King of Israel and his Redeemer, the Lord of hosts: “I am the first and I am the last; besides me there is no god.

Isaiah‬ ‭44‬:‭6

These pages in my horizontal Happy Planner features the following products by Creative Worship Stamps. These are affiliate links, please see the Privacy Policy for details.

I started with the background as usual. I held the two pages together using washi tape and applied the Kaleidoscope Stencil using blue, teal, and purple inks with a blending brush. Then, I stamped the roses from the Sketched Roses stamp set over that in red and green inks.

My notes are from the book Praying the Names of God by Ann Spangler.

🎶 His Name is Jesus ~ Phil Wickham

The more He leads me to surrender, the more I see how much I wasn’t surrendered before. But, it is in surrender that I have found the most joy, peace, and purpose. It is where I have found freedom! Ironic, isn’t it? There is freedom in living for Him because that is what we were created for.
