Wellness is one of the major topics I write about; it’s a big part of my story.
I started a wellness journey in 2018 after hitting a low and realizing that I needed to be more intentional about caring for myself. Since then, I’ve learned how to manage my emotional and mental wellbeing, and have grown spiritually in the process. In July of 2021, I switched my focus to the physical component of wellness and have been sharing that journey as well.

The Science of Wellbeing
The Science of Wellbeing is a course that looks at recent studies in psychological science to learn how we can be happier, feel less stressed and, essentially, thrive. It involves, in part, putting into practice what we learn and building habits that will lead to a happier, more fulfilling life. This is my experience as I worked through the course.
