It’s been a challenging week that has revealed my weakness.
I’m thankful for this revelation because now I know how to respond.
But he said to me, “My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness.” Therefore I will boast all the more gladly of my weaknesses, so that the power of Christ may rest upon me.

I always take inspiration from these devotional books and seek to complement the design that is already on the page.
I stamped the Cosmos image in a couple places. Then, I added some brown colour to the petals using the Diamond Mesh stencil, brown ink, and a blending brush. I stamped the florals from Vintage Butterflies & Blooms inside the flower petals. Then, I outlined the flower petals with a black pen to reduce the teal colour as well as to coordinate with the black ink of the smaller florals. The petals of those florals were coloured using a marker.
Next, I stamped a resting butterfly, from Vintage Butterflies & Blooms, on the edge of the flower. Then, I coloured it with markers.
I added some more brown ink using a stamp from Mini Marks 2. Then, I added the title using Skinny Caps Alpha stamp set.
Lastly, I applied light green ink through the Peace Joy Love Stencil all over the pages. Then, I highlighted some of the text using a yellow marker.
