Lord, have your way.
This is a frequent prayer for me especially in times when I’m weary. When I just don’t have the words. When I feel overwhelmed and defeated. When I am at the end of myself.
It’s a prayer of surrender.
See, surrender is required to experience wonder. In order to soar, we need to let go and allow ourselves to be carried. Watch the birds, see how they do it.
The Lord is near. Don’t worry about anything, but in everything, through prayer and petition with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and minds in Christ Jesus.
Philippians 4:5-7

This is a very simple page which I like doing when I don’t have a lot of time to linger. I started with the background using the Take Flight and Vintage Sheet Music stamps in green and purple inks. Next, I used the phrases on the Take Flight stamp along with the Worshipful Wordfetti to add some meaningful sentiments about the page. Then, I added my title using the Skinny Caps Alpha and finished with some highlighting and a prayer.
