Faithful love, faithful praise.
In 100 Days of Bible Promises, @shannanoel reminds us that the faithful love of God warrants a fitting response. “His faithful love endures forever, so let’s let our praise endure forever too!”
He humbles us with His goodness and gives us plentiful reasons to rejoice. Lord, only You can make my heart sing, let my joy burst forth and overflow.
Be cheerful with joyous celebration in every season of life. Let your joy overflow!
Philippians 4:4 TPT

Oh give thanks to the Lord, for he is good; for his steadfast love endures forever!
Psalm 118:29

This pages were such a joy to create and journal in! I loved using the Colors of Fall stamp set which is so beautifully detailed. I stamped the mushrooms and flower on the bottom of the page, and the leaves on the top. I coloured them in using watercolour paint, taking inspiration from the design already on the page.
I created the title using Boss Lady Alpha and Skinny Caps Alpha stamps. Then, I partially coloured that in using markers. I also did the same to the devotional title. And then, I highlighted the text using pencil crayons.
I used the Peace Joy Love stencil and a blending brush to add the words “joy”, “unceasing”, etc. in yellow ink. Then, I used the Rectangles & More stencil to add some leaves in similar colours. I added some art marks (three short vertical lines) using a marker to mimic what was already on the page. Lastly, I added the sentiments from Psalm 106 and “blessed beyond measure” using stamps from the Colors of Fall set.

🎶 With All My Heart ~ Sarah Kroger
In a recent sermon at our church, the speaker asked “what are you doing and why?” He asserted that the purpose of man is to love God and others, which is based on the great commandment (Mark 12:28-34). This frames all that we are to do; it is our motivation.
Loving God means to abide in His word, i.e. to keep it. It means walking in joyful obedience.
In loving God, we are called to do so with all of our heart, soul, mind, and strength. That requires putting aside all idols and seeking Him first. It means gratefully accepting what He’s given instead of pursuing what is ideal or preferable. It is being devoted to Him with oneness; as He Himself is One and the only One True God. It requires understanding, for how can we love someone we do not know? How can we recognize God’s love if we don’t know Him who is Love? Lastly, it takes strength – a conscious choice, dedication, and commitment to remain no matter what we encounter as we walk with Him.
Who can love like this apart from Jesus Christ?
I don’t know what you’re seeking today, friend, but I encourage you to choose God. Recognize that He’s already given you everything worthwhile. Ask Him to help you love Him wholeheartedly, perceive and receive His goodness, and respond with faithful praise. Then, watch your joy overflow.
