The Science of Wellbeing is a course that looks at recent studies in psychological science to learn how we can be happier, feel less stressed and, essentially, thrive. It involves, in part, putting into practice what we learn and building habits that will lead to a happier, more fulfilling life. This is my experience as I worked through the course.
