He says my cup overflows so, when it doesn’t feel like it, I ask Him to give me the eyes to see. When He does, I ask for the eyes to see more and more.
You prepare a table before me in the presence of my enemies; you anoint my head with oil; my cup overflows.
Psalm 23:5
He is the God of more; the God of abundance. Be glorified in my joy, Lord!
Today, I’m thankful for a cup of Earl Grey to start the day, in the quiet, with good company.

This page was a sweet, short, and simple one.
I started with the background by stamping the mug, from the Read More set, on the page at different orientations in purple ink. Then, I applied the same purple ink all over the page using an ink blending brush. I stamped a couple hearts, from the Heart of Gratitude, over two mugs in the same colour. Then, I added some detail to the top, bottom, and left page using the Petals & Dots stencil. Then, I stamped the definition for “Joy” from Faith Definitions 2 on the top and bottom sections of the right page.
Next, I stamped the clipboard from the Heart of Gratitude set onto mixed media paper. I coloured it using pencil crayons, and added some stencilling to it as well. Then, I stamped the word “thankful” and the checkmarks from the same set, and wrote a few “simple things” I was thankful for. I glued it to the page then added two mugs that I coloured to match.
Next, I stamped the sentiment about simple pleasures from Blooming Tulips in black ink. Then, I stamped “count your blessings” from the Heart of Gratitude in purple ink.
Lastly, I underline the verse on the left page. Then, I added some splatters using purple watercolour paint and added a date stamp.

🎶 Shalom ~ Bridge Worship
You don’t ever run out of goodness
All of Your intentions reach their end
You always follow through
On what You say You’ll do
Oh, Lord
Oh, You are a fortress for the weak
My covering, and
You are the refuge I seek
I’m under Your wings
Shalom, shalom, shalom
You’re my peace
Shalom, shalom, shalom
Over me
Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life, and I shall dwell in the house of the Lord forever.
Psalm 23:6
